• Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, city, languages, experience, LinkedIn profile, your message and the CV you upload.
• Business enquiries: your name, company, email address, phone number, website and the details of your enquiry.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser type when you send a form, which we keep to protect the site against spam and abuse.

Why we use it

• To assess your application and contact you about it. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible employment contract, and your consent.
• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
• To keep the website secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.

Who can see it

Only authorised Vantelis staff can open applications and enquiries, through a password-protected admin area. We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that host this website for us, under a contract that requires them to protect it, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep job applications for up to 12 months after the role is filled, so we can contact you about similar roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and for any business relationship that follows.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Cookies

The public website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The admin area uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep staff signed in. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
